I have put together a site for a client using the Red/Grey colour option. But they want the pinky red to be a orange colour – can I change this somewhere so the whole site uses a orange instead of the red.

You can create your own color theme using ThemeMagic too from the template options.
Here is documentation how to use the Thememagic.
