I want to change the sidebar II module from the joomla template manager. In the version of ja-purity II could do it directly from the layouts tab to change the width of the modules. Does this same alternative in purity II?

In backend of Purity III template, you can only change the position of module and the number of positiion in spotlight block. It’s quite different from Purity II which is based on old T3v2 framework.
