How to change the order of article name and site name on the top bar of the browser?

Now is: article name – site name.
I’ve tryed to edit head.php and document.php but i really couldn’t come up with an idea how to do it.

Hi,
I tested ja_business on my local. I just see article name on top bar. I think I don’t have understood what you said clearly. Could you give me a snapshot with your comments is helpful?
