Login denied! Your account has either been blocked or you have not activated it yet.
Username

Also, please check the API again because your site not using any Domain name.
Google Maps API error: ApiNotActivatedMapError https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#api-not-activated-map-error.
Assign the site to a domain and create the API for that Domain name.

On which page you published map module?
Kindly add the code of location from Map plugin: http://prntscr.com/e355q1
to custom html module and published it on your site.
