You can do that with my suggestion below

1) Change blank color in menu

Open templates/ja_mendozite/css/menu/mega.css file

Find all background with color #000, #101010, #1a1a1a to color you want

2) In bottom of template

Open templates/ja_mendozite/css/template.css file

#ja-footer .main { padding: 20px 0; background: #1a1a1a; text-align: left; }

and change background: #1a1a1a; to color you want
