Hi.
you can change it at ja-splitmenu.css (templates/ja_genista/ja_menus/ja_splitmenu/ja-splitmenu.css)

#ja-splitmenu a span {
cursor:pointer;
margin-left:2px;
}
You can add

font-size:14px;
Change 14 as you want
