I use the HikaShop integration of your component and no matter how many tries I do the categories show all time wrong, some are not showing, some are under wrong parents.

I have rebuilt the category structure with HikaShop button.
Then I have reindexed JA Mega Filter filters.

No difference. Still works wrong.

I then created a site from scratch with only basic extensions + HikaShop + JA Mega Filter and reproduced the structure.

No difference, there is something really wrong in the way the category tree is generated.

There is an image to help explain the problem.

Please try your best to promptly and quickly fix this as this may affect all production sites based on HikaShop (not only mine).

To reproduce the problem you only need to setup a site with two level depth categories under product category.

I displays correctly. Could you share the credentials (Admin + FTP account) of your site so I can check?
