Hello,

I think this is because you are pasting the HTML code in the editor. Go to the Source code and then page the content.

Thanks for the reply. I tried that, didn’t help. I even tried deleting it all, saving it, then re-typing just one word in. It still displays the HTML tags.

BTW, my cousin lives in Pune. Man, he just drones on and on about how cool it is, and how much nicer it is than Bombay where our only other cousin lives. Well, then again that’s not too hard – I haven’t been in a few years, but last I went Bombay/Mumbai was just a whole pile of traffic, took an hour and a half to get anywhere. Does have great restaurants, though.

You try to turn off the editor or using “Toggle Editor” function and parste HTML SOURCE CODE in the article’s content.
I think it’ll work 🙂

FWIW, that isn’t my problem. I checked that. I submitted a ticket months ago, but it looks like it just got looked at yesterday as I got an email that the status had changed although the ticket hadn’t been updated with an answer.

I’m sorry for this, as you known we have so many threads and posts per day which ja member posted, may be here mislaid your thread,so you had not any the solution to resolve the issue, but now i try to find the solution ok?

i recommend if you have any problem with JA Products and you posted the issue but had not any the best solution, you should submit a ticket. i sure that the issue will fix in round two days.

Thanks for the note. I tried that, even copied your code directly but it still shows the HTML tags. I confirmed that I didn’t type any HTML tags directly into the category description. There is a <p> tag but that’s only visible in the HTML editor.

any luck on the section blog layout fix? mine is rendering html still. I had to reinstall the template and am back to square one – so whatever was done to fix it before has been reverted. If you can give me the code I can fix myself. Thanks!
