Hi,

I have recently upgraded joomla to 1.5.9 and transferred my site over to my plesk server. Since doing this, the jacat popups are not working – they are blank and seem to be loading. I have followed the installation instructions and have one published to the catpopup position. I have been testing it on internet explorer. I then went to try it on firefox and have come across a completely different problem, in that the template doesnt appear properly at all.

Could you help?

Hi mcdonaghy,

I have tried to install this module again but could not.
I saw an error:

Unable to write entry

I think you website coud not upload files with zip type .

Please check this issue again.

Hi,

Thank you for your help.
I discovered the problem was i had safe mode turned on, this has now been disabled and i have installed extplorer successfully, so maybe if you try again this will work?
