Hello all,
I am running a website on Joomla 2.5. Now I want to edit a module on the site but my Super User access is not able to open up the module. The error I get is :

Check-out failed with the following error: The user checking out does not match the user who checked out the item.
You are not permitted to use that link to directly access that page (#435).

Can anybody explain what is happening?

HI
try in this way goto System > Global Check-in > select all the items and click on check-in button
this should solve your problem
