But when I follow the link and try to download, I’m treated with the following message :((

Kindly try to download again via http://www.joomlart.com/forums/downloads.php?do=cat&id=361 and let me know the browser name you have used if you still fail for further check.

bug) I am successfully downloaded without login, but when be logged I can`t download any files in this section 🙂

and it does not depend from browser, I usually use Opera, but check the download in multiple browsers
