My ja wall subscription is good until NOV 2014. It is saying I do not have proper permissions to download.

Please let me know. Thank you!

Hi Ryan,

There was a technical error which caused the download issue. We have it fixed already, please try again.

If the issue still persists, just let me know. Any screenshot of error would be helpful as well.
