When I try to download JA Image Hotspot Module here:
https://www.joomlart.com/downloads/free-joomla-extensions/ja-image-hotspot-module/

I see message to login. I am logged in (user = vthomas). But, still says I need to log in and when I click the ‘login’ link, nothing happens. I am a member, though I know this is a free module. Please assist.

Kindly reset your forum password and clear browser cache and cookies.
Login again on site and try to download again. I checked the page and its working fine http://prntscr.com/gk17k3
It might be cache issue of the browser.
