    Hi,
    I am a new member and have tried to download some extensions without luck. I have downloaded templates and that works.
    I have cleared the Cache and cookies many times while I have been logged out with no luck.
    This is turning out to be a miserable experience with anything I have done with Joomlart.
    Please let me know what is going wrong.
    And please do not ask me to clear my cache as I have done this many times.

    Hello

    You have a JATC Membership – that means you can download templates and complimentary extensions related to the single template – you cannot download extensions that belongs to a JAEC Membership type .

    Hope this cleared your doubts.

    That is very disappointing.
    I didn’t notice that. I paid $94 to access only templates? That is just a rip off.
    I have been making Joomla websites for over 10 years now and your templates have been the most frustrating experience I have encountered.
    Who do I contact to get my money back?
