Using JA builder 1.0.2, it seems I cannot add anything other than the predefined blocks on a JA builder page.
After reading the documentation, I guess you can do it if you create a joomla blog layout, but I am trying to do this for the homepage of the website. I’m not sure if I am missing something here, and if I wasn’t clear enough, I am trying to create an empty content block to load a module in it and an empty content block with 2 boostrap columns for example with no content in it either.

Kindly choose the spotlight block to publish the module on Builder page .If still having issue
Can you submit your site super user details with Admin URL using Private reply?
I will have a look on it.
