Hi,

I am trying to download templates and to access JA Builder, however everytime I login and then move away from my profile page I get logged out again and I am asked to purchase an item.

I have the $89 membership so I should be able to access these things?

Hi,

After you login, you need to go to the DOWNLOAD area at https://www.joomlart.com/downloads/ to access the files. Please do not try to use Get it Now button at the template info page to download.
