hi, i just created a demo site with ja teline IV template in joomlart demo builder but i cannot login or reset admin password,
my e-mail address is correct but it keeps saying:

<blockquote>Your password reset request failed because a User with the specified username and e-mail address could not be found..</blockquote>

So sorry to hear of the problems you have faced. We are tracking down on why the demo builder for teline IVcollapsed at the time you tested.

Please try again now as it comes back again and I have successfully created another JA Teline iV demo at: http://joomweb.com/dongnp121210/ and login backend as normal http://joomweb.com/dongnp121210/administrator/index.php?option=com_login.

Hi, I created a demo site with ja_community_plus template in joomlart demo builder but after a few minutes I was kicked out and now I cannot login and the demo site I was working on no longer has the community plus template or any content. My understanding is that we would be able to build a demo and access that for 30 days, not 3 minutes? Please advise as this does not reflect well on the quality of your products or services.

Hi there,

The issue is with the system admin and he is working on it. Due to 1000’s of demo sites created weekly, at times the server do gives up. You can try by creating new demo site.

Hi

I have the same problem too – I tried creating several JA Methys demo sites. I could login for a few minutes, but then was kicked out and now can’t login again.
