This is possible to do technically but it is required a good php and css knowledge to integrate 2 templates styles into one single template and in any case that will means to apply personal customizations to actual files
If you indeed want to simply install a new template and use it on your uber based website and assign it to specific menu item then you can easily do it, just install the template and assign it to your menu item-
In uber template manager, where can we find the install template button?
You can use the Joomla extension manager to install the template as any other extension installation
