This is a simple matter of changing the CSS files. However, if you know nothing about CSS this could be a bit tricky but basically you would have to change some settings in the CSS file, where you replace for example a red colour with a green. Of course, you would also have to modify a few of the graphics/images as well to have the entire look and fell changed. Usually you can do this in 1-3 hours, depending on how skilled you are.
