I have ja University 3.0 and I have tried several browsers and reinstalled the template, and still not able to change default color. Please advice. Is it different from 2.5?

I’m not sure what you are implying. Just for better clarification, please include screenshot and your site URL here for further investigation.

Same issue here with J3 Quickstart.

Go to ExtensionsTemplate ManagerEditOptionsProfilesTheme Settings, Checked the Blue checkbox, saved, nothing changes.

Is this the rigth way to change default template color?

Maybe this is problem only on your site. I can help you set Blue theme on JA University. You can pm me URL and admin access of your site. I shall help you out.
