I am trying on my localhost to try to upgrate joomla from 2.5.11 to 3.x (preferrably 3.2). When I go to Component –> Joomla Update, it says not update available. I cleared the JATC cache, it still says that.
Is it possible to upgrade to Jooml 3.x on top of 2.5.11. If so how do I do that?
