It is because I have a forum built-in and the forum part is too narrow in 1024 x 768 resolution, if somebody views with 1280 resolution then they can have a wider view, thanks for your help.

Unfortunately this template is fixed width. However I think that 1024 will be the best and safe resolution. Those with 1208 can feel comfortable with 1024
