Literally minutes on menu and creating pages. Is there a congestion problem or something that’s been causing this for several hours>
It’s now four minutes since I click on publish and it’s still circling

Same issue here, I have clicked on Publish, left it for 3 hours and it’s still circling — hasn’t published anything yet.
