Hi,

I have gone through previous posts but couldn’t find any solution to my problem.
I have installed Ja Bookshop through Quickstart and both times, I don’t get mijoshop installed at all.
When I tried to install it I get the “JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find XML setup file” error.

Then I gave up and tried to install Virtumart and got the same error. I noticed I can’t install any extension at all.

I was wondering if there is anything wrong with the download file from your server or I need to do something in my end.

Any help would be appreciated.

Mijoshop is an external component and need to be purchased separately , afer installed it you can customize it using Joomlart files

Hi there,
About install error, there are few ways you can try:
– Make sure it’s valid zip / gzip file. File is not corrupted
– Your server have enough space to install new extensions
– Your php.ini with max upload size enough to upload file
– Your tmp directory have permission to write and / or have enough space
– You can upload via FTP and use install by path
– And finally please make sure manifest file of extension is valid. Sometimes it’s be corrupted.
