I am using a blog-category menu item and it will not show the “read more” unless I check show date or show category. I do not need or want to show the date on this page. Is there a way I can fix this? If it cannot be fixed, where to I go to revise the date so it says– July 26, 2012 — instead of– Created on Thursday, 26 July 2012 17:46 .

Hi Domains
Please check in templates/ja_graphite/html/com_content/category/blog-item.php, may be there is a problem of condition displaying between date and readmore on your site
