Ok firstly here is the site

Now as I am using
Joomlaxtc timeline in that space.

It works fine in Chrome but when it comes to Firefox, opera etc not so well. Is it that that module is just not suited for that?
And if so is there a way to make a module position above all the articles and have it there?

I just visit your site, however I do not see corner-stamp position.
Please turn on the corner-stamp module so I can check the problem on your site.
Otherwise, you can PM me the admin credentials, I can turn it on and help to debug.
