I would like to link to a page that is just graphics that are in a specific folder? What would be the best way to do this?
You can’t have an article with a module in it can you?

Several ways but this is pretty easy: Ignite Gallery. Make a module and use the Ignite module. You can also use Ignite in articles and menus. http://www.ignitegallery.com

We just have JA Slideshow and JA Slideshow Lite modules that deal with image slideshow, without feature as per your sample page.

Have you tried out the Simple Image Gallery module? Please walk around Joomla Extension Directory to find one that fits you most.
