Can you be a bit more specific as to your particular issue?

When you installed your template, did you also install the sample data – as part of the quickstart installation process?

Hi I’ve installed with sample data, and in the images folder of template I see the images (body-bg.jpg -1-2-3 etc) and also in template.css the path is ok (..images/body-bg.jpg) I tried to install it again, but never.

I downloaded quickstart package and installed it in my local site but I can not replicate the issue. Please send me URL of your site and admin login via private message. I will help you to check it.

I have debugged on your site and this is result

    + Back-end site

    + Front-end site

Because user web on your server is not permitted to access all folders. You need to contact Administrator of the hosting to set permissions so user can access folders on your site.

    1. back-end
    2. front-end
