When you installed your template, did you also install the sample data – as part of the quickstart installation process?

Hi I’ve installed with sample data, and in the images folder of template I see the images (body-bg.jpg -1-2-3 etc) and also in template.css the path is ok (..images/body-bg.jpg) I tried to install it again, but never.

+ Back-end site
+ Front-end site
Because user web on your server is not permitted to access all folders. You need to contact Administrator of the hosting to set permissions so user can access folders on your site.
