I mean, image of the article is located on the top , like in masthead position?

As i understand you want to customize the article images . to show it on the top , for this you need to edit the file /html/com_content/article/default.php file
You will find the image code near line 113 Here : http://prntscr.com/aqqg4x

Hi
full article image already display on top of the content . Masthead image is a module and use a different module position . If you add a full article image you will see it will display above the content but not display in masthead as its part of article .
