Just how many more reminders do you need to send? This is borderline spam.

Why don’t you tone it down a little. I mean one reminder per day would surely be enough…

I shall ask what happened. This is not normal, it seems the automated system had a bit of a senior moment.

We have done an inspection on the issues. It seem we can find only 1 of this instance happened to you. Please let me know if you receive more similar emails
