Allows for a user/customer to ship their order via their own UPS or FedEX accounts.
Gives customer the opportunity to ship on their account. The different shipping suppliers and methods can be changed via virtuemart shipping module list (just like any other standard shipping module.
Shipping will display on the confirmation email sent to the user, and on the order in back end. Also, the the account number will show up on the final confirmation steps during checkout.
