Eh? How do you jump to that conclusion. The module is working correctly. The user may have fixed it themselves or they may have raised a support ticket or been answered via PM and been answered there. The ticket system will always get a response where the forum can mean things are missed. That is why we always recommend that users who need support fast use the ticket system. You will see that this users problems are fixed if you check their site.
