I would like to know which icon set did you use for the social icons. Or better, could you please implement a google+ icon?

Just find a set of social icons (png) format on the net that are the correct size and replace those in /templates/images/social

There are some very good icons available free here

Also some good free at iconshock , however you have to supply a valid email, confirm etc. and the sizes are 64 and 72.
To save ppl going through that process, I decided to dl them and resize to include a set at 16 as well – they are in png format
get them from my server here I’ll leave them there for a few days then remove.
