If I clone a layout I am supposed to be able to see a php file for the cloned layout in the
templates/mytemplatename/tpls folder

The cloned layout has (local) after it – If I look in the local folder I still cannot see the proper file and this confuses me. I am following this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D6b1JDZDCQw

Maybe could help in a better way to understand how isolate works.
