Its just a IE add on browser toolbar like ask.toolbar etc
going to your site hall53.com I see no bar using ff
look in your browser for add ons and turn off any toolbars

That’s the correct behaviour of the template

If you publish content in your menu then the black bar will be lowered under your content at bottom

Yes i see. could you help with this. Where could i configure this oject. I search for it in the module section, but it is not there. This text is at the bottom : “Hall53 | Agence de Prestations de Services“. you could check http://www.hall53.com. How could desactivate this module?

To remove that go to this file /templates/ja_teline_iv/css/template.css around line 1115

Now you have

text-align: center;
top: -5px;
width: 220px;
display: none; <----Add this
}

Then go in the same file around line 1075

#ja-footer .main-inner1 {
background: none repeat scroll 0 0 #1F1F1F
padding: 12px 0 24px 240px; <--- change this to padding: 12px 0 24px 2px;
}
