Hello

I have a problem with my menus in left position with k2 sub categories.

I can display them in the home pages of my k2 categories or for an item wich belong to a top category (level 1).

But not for the display of the items of sub categories (level 2). The menus are not displayed.

I send you by mail my administration URL.
For example :

1 – You can see the “Lire” menu in left column here :
http://www.com-ex.fr/index.php/lire
this is the category (level 1)

2 – the category (level 2)
http://www.com-ex.fr/index.php/lire/itemlist/category/17-temoins-deveil
You can see also the menu “Lire” in left column

3 – But for an item of category 17-temoins-deveil, you don’t have the menu “Lire” in left column

The title of my item is : Richard Jefferies (1848-1887) : L’éternité du Maintenant
I find this when i comme directetly from the main menu (Lire => Témoins d’éveil)

But after a new test, i see when i come directetly from the main menu (Lire) and then when i click on the link of the block of the category “Témoins d’éveil”
on the home page of the category : I see the “Lire menu” in left column :

but the url is not the same

Hi,

The problem is caused by the K2 items assigned to Lire sub-menu items and i got some error message in your backend:

Pls upgrade Joomla to 2.5.9 or 2.5.11, K2 2.6.6 latest version. I’ll will check & configure your Lire menu module again. Please backup site before upgrading.

Hello Leo

After your answer, I understood the reason why I had this k2 error.

I made a migration ja_anion 1.5 => 2.5.
And I just have to change the type of my menu items. I think that joomla is lost in this case. I have just to put again the old value.

And Its works
