Good afternoon;
If you look on http://bistro.canadianbeaconregistry.ca

you can see that there is 2-3 pixels of padding under the logo but above the navigation menu.

Where would I alter this?

Go to this File: /templates/ja_bistro/core/themes/blue/css/template.css

Find this code and replace it

#ja-mainnav .main-inner1 { border-top: 5px solid #53b3c8; background: #fff; }


with


#ja-mainnav .main-inner1 { border-top: none; background: #fff; }
