Hello,

I’ve installed JA Voice and everything was working.
After I installed another theme, stopped working and started to return 500 error. Even after returning to the original theme (JA Purity II) is still returning error 500. What can I do?

Please help me

Hi,

A 500 error is usual connected with a web server misconfiguration so i suggest :
Disable .htaccess and SEF if the problem remains you should contact your web host and see if they are able to help you.

If you have access to server logs you will be able to see what’s causing the 500 error and correct it.
