    Hello,

    When trying to install extensions and components, as well as accessing some components on the back-end and front-end of the website, I am receiving a 500 Internal Server Error. I tried adjusting file permissions, but that did not help. Is there another way to troubleshoot this issue?

    Hi,

    As the error message, it indicates the issue from server side. Sometime, your user web in hosting doesn’t have full permission to change, pls try to contact your hosting provider for help to change this.
