Hello friends,
when user go to a wrong url the redirect open the relative index.php.
But if wrong url are in a subfolder it’s generate a 😮infinite loop:eek:.
The problem is in the template.

Example:
OK = http://www.otticadellungomare.it/wrongurl
TOO REDIRECT = http://www.otticadellungomare.it/sede/wrongurl

You have to create 404 error page as:

+ Copy templates/system/error.php file

+ Paste to templates/ja_elastica/ folder

Once done to clear cache from admin area
