403 Error for new XML Feeds

    I created a new XML Schema called “ZipRecruiter” and then created a new XML feed based upon that schema called “ZipRecruiter Jobs Feed”. I cleared cache, but when I try to preview it, it gives me this error:

    “Forbidden

    You don’t have permission to access /images/stories/jbuploads/25ZipRecruiterJobsFeed.xml on this server.”

    I am able to view it fine if I download it, but can’t see it on the live site. I have looked at the permissions and they appear to be 644 just like the “Indeed Jobs Feed”, which is working.

    Can you take a look?

    P.S. Thanks for looking into my other issues. I will test them out shortly.

    I have tried to access that file and yes can’t
    [removed]
    I would suggest you check this with your sysadmin

    Thanks. It turns out that admin tools was causing an issue, so I had to set an exception.
