I am working on my site: http://www.centercoaching.com and I have 2 questions:
I remember that when i first installed this template i had 3 boxes appear under the image:
User 8, User 9, and Top, I am not sure how I deleted them but they are no appearing at the moment.
Can anyone help me with reminding me how to allow these to show up again?

Second Question, is about the content i put in the site. I cant seem to set up a link in HTML or to paste an HTML code in the Html window. Any help would be very appreciated.
