Have you configured JAEM with your account ?
But actually you can download update package from our site and update it via Joomla! Installer.

Thanks for your kindness it was a problem of identification. But now I have another problem in upgrading Teline to the last version because I receive a 500 Internal erroe message. I’m using Teline 1.02

It should be server side issue. Please check your server error logs.
Or you can upload via FTP.

I’m running version 1.0.2 haveI to upgrade first to 1.0.3 and then 1.04 or may I go directly to 1.04?
