Hi is it possible to display K2 categories in Purity II? I just switched from Afterburner because it wouldn’t work, now I’m kinda worried because it looks like the same problem persists.
I know this could be a question for the K2 forum but I bet I’m not the first to ask. Whats the situation here?

Dear johnselekta ,
Its best to try it out and check for yourself. Purity II is free and so is K2… install it and test it out… serious problems? let us know… we shall try to help you out.

Thanks Arvind, I’ve been checking it out for ages, but I found a problem getting K2-latest/latest menu type to show. I didn’t know if it was an override killing it.
Of course I understand its free and don’t expect support (I can find my way around mainly), the only *real* problem I have is in my other thread about the random image:

The chances are my issue with compatibility here is a K2-specific bug – its the same in Afterburner – so definitely not your problem, sorry!
I love Purity II though its amazing, as is T3. I will post up my site when done as its quite a modification I’m doing from the original 😉

Hi John,
Dont take my reply to your heart. Its not that we wont support the issues you may have. Actually purity II came way before we started supporting K2 styles… It may take us a while to check the compatibility issues between Purity II and K2… we shall update it, as and when we get it done…
Please keep us posted on the issues you might encounter with Purity II and K2….
