What i can remove from here?

And if i it’s possible to remove or edit joomla image and the right menu, how can i do it?

My understanding as a member is that both those you can delete. The copyright for JA is this one. which should not be deleted.

For the right hand text look in Module Manager for positions user9, user10, user11, user12 and either change them or don’t publish them!
