I am not sure if you have tried to follow the userguide :

Please read the following thread :
    http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/steps-for-making-your-current-site-to-look-exactly-like-demo-site-2/

and then follow the userguide : http://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/new-userguide-ja-teline-iv-for-joomla-1-5/

and if you are new to joomlart and to teline series of templates, then you got to give yourself some time.

All the details are mentioned in the userguide and you need to read it well to make it work. Also it is recommended to install quickstart in your localhost and use that as a reference.

Teline templates are best selling and are used by thousands of members, so it would be difficult to accept that it doesnot work.

I too would recommend using the quickstart for Telin IV. It is a very powerful template but that power means it does have a certain level of complexity. The ratio of threads relating to setup of T4 compared to the number (1000s) of sites using it is actually quite low so JA must be getting something right.

Are there any particular things you are struggling to setup that I can help you with? Please post links to your threads and I will see if I can help.
