Hi,

I tried to update the JA Facebook Like Box Module and JA Popup Plugin for Joomla 2.5

then it didn’t succeed and show this below message;

-1 – An error has occurred.

How can I resolve the problem?

HI icepora,

How did you update these JA extensions? Please use our JA Extension Manager to udpate our JA Templates/ Extensions.

When facing this issue, pls ensure that:

– You set the right permission for file: 644 and folder: 755
– You also need to enter your account credentials ( the same ones you use to log into this forum) into the service manager of the component. JA requires these credentials to know whether you are a member entitled to access subscription updates or not.
