Hi there

You will need to look at your configuration files, i tried it on my localhost and everything works fine , folder /ja_biz/bootsrap/less/ is wrong it should be ja_biz/less/ there is no bootstrap subfolder in /templates/ja_biz/ folder.

I presume you are on localhost and not on a public folder

yes, I’m on local host and I still have funny stuff, I can’t upload the extensions update. Don’t know why.

i can suggest ( to receive a better help from us ) to publish somewhere your website on a public host from where we can access and look directly at your settings.

I can assure there are no problems with the template and also with extensions updates.
