The screenshot 1 shows the Default Theme "turquoise" on a 23 inch monitor

The screenshot 2 shows the Default Theme "turquoise" on a 15 inch monitor

The screenshot 3 shows the setting "eigenes_thema" on a 23 inch monitor

The screenshot 4 shows the setting "eigenes_thema" on a 15 inch monitor

Could the fault may lie in the custom.css?

So ok. not to disturb the operation of the website, I now have a copy of the page created where you can see the problem, if you look at the site in a, for example, 19-inch monitor. Please call this URL to http://test.rauchwarnmelder-spezialist.bayern. The credentials are the same.

The problem occurs when I set a custom theme. For standard threads, the view is fine.

So the problem comes from your custom theme, how did you customise the theme? in which files? so I can replicate the issue.

Hi Walter,

It due to the width you customize for the ‘container’ class of new theme. You can the file: /templates/ja_medicare/local/less/themes/eigenes_thema/variables-custom.less

@container-lg: 1600px;

By default, we set with to 1280px, the value you set is greater than the screen you view the website so it caused issue.
