I like the JA portfolio but none of the default colour are to my exact liking… but I dont need to change much neither…

I just want to say change the blue to the blue used in facebook … for example, which css file should i be editing for that? Say I am only interested in changing the Menu colour, and the “background color” of the main menu module.

Hi Terry,

You should try the mega.css file under your template css / colors or even better you should make a copy of the color of your choice (for instance blue) and create an overwrite so in case of an update nothing get overwritten.

If you’re looking for the mega.css file, it would likely be within the file path –> /templates/ja_portfolio/css/menu/mega.css

So that we can try to assist you with/for your particular template specifications, please provide the url of the site you’re working on,
as well as set “Optimize CSS” to “No” within your Template Manager–General Settings.

Hi guys,

Sorry but you are looking at the wrong mega.css file.

The correct one is

JOOMLA/templates/ja_portfolio/themes/xxxxx-color/css/menu/mega.css
and you can see quite easy what colors you need to change ! 🙂
